Purpose and characteristics
Mainly used for refining tire reclaimed rubber.1. The roller is made of vanadium-titanium alloy chilled cast iron, with a hard and wear-resistant surface. The front and rear rollers are smooth rollers, and the inner cavity is processed to make the roller surface temperature uniform.
2. The rear roller can use a drilled roller to achieve better cooling effect. Both the front and rear rollers are supported by rolling bearings.
3. The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to protect the main parts from damage due to overload.
4. The machine is equipped with an emergency brake. When an emergency occurs, it is equipped with a safety lever and the machine brakes immediately, which is safe and reliable.
5. This machine is equipped with a scraper and a take-up device, which can remove the recycled rubber material from the take-up roller.
