Purpose and characteristics
Mainly used for continuous vulcanization of various rubber sheets, thin conveyor belts, waterproof materials, printing blankets, rubber and plastic floors, linings and other plate-shaped products.
1. Continuous pressure heating, high production efficiency and stable product quality.
2. This machine has compact structure, stable control, and convenient maintenance and replacement of different products.
3. Automatic and manual correction can be designed according to customer needs, and auxiliary equipment such as single release and single recovery, two release and two recovery, three release and three recovery can be provided.
4. The control system adopts PLC, with easy setting of temperature, pressure, speed and automation programs, and a high degree of automation.
