Purpose and characteristics

Mainly used in rubber mixing, heat refining, tableting and plasticizing processes.


1. The roller is made of alloy chilled cast iron and has two structures: hollow and peripherally drilled.
2. Adopt hydraulic roller distance adjustment system.
3. Driven by AC motor, single motor or dual motors can be used.
4. Equipped with PLC programmable control, the touch screen can realize automatic switching of different processes such as mixing, thin pass, and sheet discharging.
5. Equipped with emergency stop button, chest touch switch, pull rope switch and other safety devices to ensure the safety of the equipment.
6. A turning device can be selected according to the process flow.
